Flash Designer/Developer

Expectations:

  • Standards-compliant XHTML, CSS, Flash ActionScript 3, Javascript, and AJAX

Web Developer

Expectations:
Ideal candidate is junior to mid-career, looking to grow, passionate, and extraordinarily talented.

  • LAMP based (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP)
  • Standards-compliant XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and AJAX
  • CMS experience
  • Firm knowledge of object oriented principles
  • Personal growth (attending industry events, training, reading, etc.)
  • Experience with eZ Publish, Elgg, Joomla or Drupal a plus

Account Executive

Expectations:
Ideal candidate is mid-level in their career, looking to grow, is passionate, and extraordinarily talented.

Candidate must have a proven track record of persistence along with an unrelenting desire for continuing education. Individual must have extremely strong communication skills with an innate drive to find solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as an Account Executive for an interactive agency (will train the right candidate)
  • A wide degree of creativity and resourcefulness is expected
  • Individual must have extremely strong communication skills with an innate drive to find solutions

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential clients
  • Target potential clients and develop relationships in order to acquire new accounts
  • Will need to multi-task and assist other team members on a variety of tasks
  • Experience with proposal writing
  • Comfortable with leading pitch/capabilities presentations
  • Preferred experience/knowledgeable with MS Office Suite, web analytics tools, natural search optimization best practices, content management systems and ad serving
